In p.e i am always prepared by bringing gym strip everyday except the 1 day I remember I had my strip but chose not to do fitness even though i was capable of doing fitness. I usually do participate in all activities and  participate fitness, but when its not fitness i try much harder because its more fun playing sports, games, and fun  activities rather than fitness. I do not try my best when doing some fitness activities, however other fitness activities like 30 minute run, community run, and beep test I do try my best. I also try to help my friends by telling them to try during fitness, like today when we did insanity, me and billy were trying our best. By the end of this year , I want to be committed to giving my best effort on all fitness activities rather than slacking off on some and giving my best on some. I think my interest in fitness is the beep test because that is what i do good on. I always get between 10 and 10.8. Lastly, I think i deserve a B because i bring my strip, and try to encourage my friends to try harder, however i still need to make improvements such as giving my best effort in all fitness activities.

  1. Good post Jovan. I think you have it about right. You have the ability to be better than you are doing but you have to want to do it. No one can make you... I hope you do decide to be more consistently positive. The whole class will benefit from your improved perspective and you will find your attitude has more to do with your enjoyment than the activity itself. :)
